Educator of the Year

2020 Educator of the Year

George Biederman

Since 1971, George Biederman has been involved in many diverse aspects of the real estate industry.  His experience includes residential sales, real estate office management, subdividing and development, custom home building and foreclosures.  George holds an Illinois managing broker license as well as instructor licenses required to teach pre-license, post-license, and continuing education courses.

George loves real estate because of the unlimited opportunities related to a tangible product. He believes the most rewarding thing about teaching real estate licensing classes is meeting a diverse group of people and being a part of their life-changing experience.  In his spare time, he enjoys working in his vegetable garden. He also enjoys boating, flying, motorcycles, reading, visiting the Art Institute of Chicago and traveling whenever possible.
