Time Management v2.0:
From Efficient to Purposeful
Presented by:
Steve Riccio, Ed.D., SPHR, PCC

Steve is a leadership and faculty coach who helps clients to discover greater meaning, both personally and professionally.  He helps clients develop “an ideal future state” that aligns their passions, skills, and interests for the greater good.

Our overly-digitized lifestyles have created a lack of focus and direction both inside and outside of the workplace. Researchers at Harvard Business suggest that we only spend ten percent of our days devoted to purposeful work. Today's work is often reduced to disorganized meetings, countless emails, and frequent interruptions. When we have time for actual work, it’s “surface level” at best. Purposeful work is about getting back to the work that you were meant to accomplish.

This interactive workshop is not the typical time management seminar that's focused on how to get more work done in less time. Instead, this workshop will guide you to get the right things done. Attendees will assess their “usual” day and determine what roles and activities contribute to purposeful work and what activities do not. Steve will share several models to help develop your own success system that leads to greater satisfaction, engagement, and meaning… which ultimately results in better on-the-job performance.
